📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Monitor store performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in fashion or similar industries.,Proven track record of successful team leadership and sales performance.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Experience in managing a team of 5-10 employees.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and consumer trends.
