Code Camp Nusantara is seeking a dedicated Deputy Banquet Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event management and a keen eye for detail.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and event staff.,Ensure the smooth operation of banquet events by overseeing setup, execution, and cleanup.,Assist in creating and maintaining event schedules, timelines, and agendas.,Coordinate with catering and service staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.,Monitor event budgets and expenses to ensure they are on track and within allocated funds.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of banquet materials, such as menus, programs, and decorations.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and event attendees.,Assist in the evaluation and follow-up of event feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning or banquet staffing.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using event planning software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and traditions, especially for events that may involve them.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
