📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the cashier in handling hotel transactions, including check-in, check-out, and room charges.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of guest payments and refunds.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier's office, including filing and inventory management.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.,Assist in reconciling daily cashier transactions and preparing reports.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.,Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or related role, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and software is a plus.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
