📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report on operational efficiency.,Train and develop warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.,Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or related roles.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and improving efficiency.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in warehouse management.
