As a member of our pre-opening team, you'll work closely with a diverse group of professionals to bring our vision to life. You'll handle everything from inventory management and food preparation to guest service and event coordination. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily operations of the rooftop restaurant, including food and beverage service
• Prepare and cook meals using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas
• Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a memorable dining experience
• Assist with event planning and coordination for special occasions
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and expenses
• Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, food and beverage service, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros or similar
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Enthusiasm for working on a unique, pre-opening project
