In this role, you will be responsible for managing employee records, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. You will work closely with our HR team to support our growing business and help us maintain a positive and productive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Maintain and update employee records using SAP HR and other HRIS systems.
• Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.
• Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating with hiring managers and conducting initial interviews.
• Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports and documents, such as attendance records and performance evaluations.
• Support the HR team in organizing and executing HR events and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR administration or a related role.
• Familiarity with SAP HR and other HRIS systems.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
