📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and supervise a team of delivery drivers, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and track delivery performance, providing feedback and support to drivers as needed.
  • Ensure all deliveries are made safely and securely, with proper documentation and tracking.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and communication.
  • Maintain and service the delivery vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Comply with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Report any issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a delivery driver or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of the local area and excellent navigation skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with delivery management software and tools.
