📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the mechanics, ensuring that all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in vehicles, ensuring they are safe and roadworthy.
  • Lead and mentor a team of mechanics, providing guidance and support.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintenance standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on vehicles.
  • Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the fleet.
  • Train new mechanics and ensure they are up-to-date with the latest industry standards.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Mechanic or equivalent.
  • Proven track record in automotive repair and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems and technologies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry software and tools.
