📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, implementation, and control of logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to manage inventory and order fulfillment.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Manage and maintain logistics documentation and records.,Work closely with the sales and operations teams to support overall business goals.,Handle logistics-related customer inquiries and complaints.,Conduct regular training and development sessions for logistics staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations related to logistics.,Ability to travel occasionally for business purposes.
