Rejeki Maya Kitchen is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and vibrant restaurant in the heart of Kembangan, Jakarta Raya.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.,Ensure that food quality and presentation meet the highest standards.,Train and develop staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to deliver excellent customer service.,Monitor and maintain food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply of high-quality ingredients.,Oversee the financial performance of the restaurant, including sales, expenses, and profitability.,Ensure that the restaurant is well-maintained and that all equipment is in good working order.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Experience with inventory management and budgeting.,Familiarity with marketing and customer service principles.,Ability to work well in a team and with minimal supervision.
