📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement SHE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Conduct regular site audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on SHE best practices.
  • Monitor and report on SHE performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SHE objectives are integrated into all aspects of operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes, and advise management on best practices.
  • Promote a strong SHE culture within the organization.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Safety, Health, Environment, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SHE compliance, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international SHE regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different locations in Bali.
