Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our organization.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with company needs.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Utilize various recruitment tools and technologies to streamline the hiring process.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to recruitment team members.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and external recruiters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on manufacturing or a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully hiring and onboarding top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
