Winged Wonder Institute of Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Senior Special Education (SPED) Teacher to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.,Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to provide comprehensive support to students.,Create and deliver engaging and inclusive lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.,Monitor student progress and provide regular updates to parents and guardians.,Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.,Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student growth and development.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in special education.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new educators in the special education program.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching students with special needs.,Valid teaching certification or license in Indonesia.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian education system and curriculum.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.,Experience in developing and implementing IEPs.,Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is a plus.
