In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our website, mobile applications, and other digital platforms. You will also be responsible for conducting user research and usability testing to continuously improve the user experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for our website and mobile applications,Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve the user experience,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketers, to ensure the successful delivery of digital projects,Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital platforms,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the design process,Present design concepts and proposals to stakeholders and gather feedback to refine and finalize designs,Mentor and guide junior designers to help them grow and develop their skills

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field,5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work,Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar,Experience with healthcare or medical design is a plus,Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams,Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
