📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of construction workers, ensuring that they are trained and equipped to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.
• Work closely with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure that all project requirements are met.
• Ensure that all safety regulations and guidelines are followed on site.
• Manage and maintain site records, including project documentation and safety compliance records.
• Ensure that all construction materials and equipment are properly stored and maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with local construction regulations and guidelines.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
