📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Deliver engaging and effective physics lessons to students of various ages and abilities.
  • Adapt teaching methods and materials to suit the needs of individual students.
  • Assist with lesson planning and preparation, as needed.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to students and colleagues.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting respect and collaboration among students.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure the smooth operation of the school.
  • Attend staff meetings and professional development opportunities as required.
  • Adhere to school policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Physics, Physical Sciences, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of teaching experience in a school setting.
  • Strong subject knowledge and understanding of the Indonesian national curriculum for physics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with technology and educational resources, such as online learning platforms and educational software.
  • Passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact on students' lives.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in Indonesian.
