📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory.
  • Lead and train team members to ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
  • Resolve customer complaints and maintain a positive dining experience.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in inventory counts and cost control activities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities.
  • Maintain a safe and secure work environment for all team members and customers.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-food or restaurant management role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in a pizza restaurant is a plus.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
