📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve workflow,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance business performance,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Manage and mentor a team of operations staff,Handle and resolve operational issues and challenges,Participate in business planning and decision-making processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
