🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a leadership role within the education or lifelong learning sector.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscape in the education sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and mentor a team.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and educational technology platforms.
