📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu specifications.

Assist the Head Chef in maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

Ensure that food is prepared in a safe and hygienic manner.

Stock and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.

Follow all health and safety regulations.

Participate in training and development programs.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum of 1 year experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.

Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine is a plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely.

Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.
