📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Manage and update customer records, including tracking information and shipment status.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient handling of shipments.
• Assist in the preparation and processing of shipping documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs forms.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and in good condition.
• Collaborate with logistics partners to resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and shipment details.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to provide the best possible service to clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, particularly in the freight forwarding or shipping industry.
• Proficient in using shipping and logistics software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a must. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently is a requirement for this role.
