📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee the distribution of products to retail outlets and customers.
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to meet customer demands.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse for restocking.
  • Maintain accurate records of all distribution activities and transactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any issues related to product delivery.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth and effective distribution processes.
  • Participate in regular meetings and updates to discuss distribution strategies and performance.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures related to distribution and logistics.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the distribution or logistics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of distribution systems and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with logistics software and tools is a plus.
  • Must be able to travel frequently to meet distribution targets.
