📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist lead tutors in planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons.
  • Conduct classes and provide academic support to students.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to lead tutors.
  • Organize and participate in extracurricular activities and events.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of educational programs.
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.
  • Promote the values and mission of ECHO Group.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, relevant subject, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in an international school or similar setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and teaching methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Culturally sensitive and adaptable to a diverse and international environment.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian.
  • Valid teaching certificate and professional teaching qualifications.
