📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct employee surveys and gather feedback to improve workplace conditions.
• Organize and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with management to resolve workplace conflicts and maintain a harmonious work environment.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration of new employees.
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to support professional development.
• Assist in the preparation and implementation of labor negotiations and agreements.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or industrial relations, preferably in a retail or similar industry.
• Certification in HR management or industrial relations is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to handle HR-related issues efficiently.
