📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the work of electrical and electronic engineers.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress and quality.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical and electronic systems.
• Implement and maintain best practices for project management and quality control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering supervision, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant engineering software.
• Strong understanding of electrical and electronic systems, including wiring, lighting, and HVAC.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
