📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the palm oil mill, ensuring efficient and effective production processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production, quality, and operational excellence.
• Manage and lead a team of mill operators, ensuring they are trained and motivated to achieve high performance.
• Monitor and analyze production data using tools like SAP or similar ERP systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of product quality.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions to align mill operations with the broader objectives of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in palm oil mill operations, preferably in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing production processes.
• Strong knowledge of palm oil processing techniques and quality control standards.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
