Bengkel Hendra Spareparts is looking for a dedicated HR Staff to join our team in Canggu. We are a growing company and we are looking for someone who is passionate about human resources and wants to make a difference. This is an immediate opening and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process.,Maintain and update employee records.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Assist in the implementation of company policies and procedures.,Conduct employee training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation.,Support the HR manager in other HR related tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR.,Good knowledge of HR software and tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
