AETHER Dinamis is seeking a dedicated HR Staff to join our team in Lubuklinggau, Sumatera Selatan. This is an immediate opening and we are looking for someone who can start right away. As an HR Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and organization.,Assist in the coordination of training and development programs for employees.,Support the HR team in the management of employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.,Assist in the preparation of reports and other HR-related documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR administration or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
