📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees,Manage employee records and maintain accurate personnel files,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes,Facilitate training and development programs for employees,Handle employee relations and address any workplace issues,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees,Maintain a positive work environment and promote company culture

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or related roles,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus
