📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and monitor the fleet of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition and available for use.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections.,Track vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and mileage to optimize fleet performance.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Generate and maintain accurate records and reports on fleet activities.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other staff members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
