Gold Star Jaya is looking for a talented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and assisting in the preparation of the monthly management accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in accounting to develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the company's general ledger and accounts payable/receivable records.,Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.,Conduct bank reconciliations and prepare monthly financial reports.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.,Provide support to the finance team in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.,Assist in the preparation of management accounts and provide ad-hoc reporting as required.,Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
