Fresh Web Group is looking for a Lead IT Support to join our team in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. As a Lead IT Support, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and security of our IT systems.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems,Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure and networks,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly,Manage and maintain user accounts and access permissions,Implement and manage security measures to protect IT systems and data,Lead a team of IT support staff and provide guidance and training,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a related role,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and security,Proven experience in leading and managing a team,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks,Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus

Technical expertise in IT support and infrastructure managementStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworksCertifications such as CompTIA A+CompTIA Network+or Cisco CCNA
