📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Conduct job analyses and design job descriptions to attract the right candidates.,Oversee the recruitment budget and ensure cost-effective hiring practices.,Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in leading recruitment teams.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations is a plus.
