📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and insights.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.,Attend and participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and CRM software.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales tools.,Familiarity with the telecommunications or IT industry is a plus.,Must be fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
