📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster long-term business partnerships.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to improve sales effectiveness.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales efforts with marketing, operations, and customer service.,Participate in business development activities, including market research, competitor analysis, and product development.,Set and achieve individual and team sales targets, and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.,Familiarity with the logistics and transportation industry is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
