📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform prenatal check-ups and monitor the health of expectant mothers.
• Assist in childbirth procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of both mother and baby.
• Provide postpartum care and follow-up visits to monitor recovery.
• Administer vaccinations and provide education on newborn care.
• Collaborate with the medical team to manage high-risk pregnancies and deliveries.
• Document patient records and maintain accurate medical charts.
• Participate in hospital training programs and continuous professional development.
• Promote a safe and supportive environment for both patients and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Midwifery.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Midwife in a clinical setting.
• Certification from a recognized midwifery board (e.g., Bidan Pendidik, Bidan Komunitas).
• Strong knowledge of obstetric and neonatal care practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning.
