📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist in managing daily café operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and cleaning.

Support the team in delivering excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Assist in maintaining a clean and organized café environment.

Help with cash handling and basic accounting tasks.

Assist in training new staff members.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational procedures.

Assist in special events and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or similar environment is a plus.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well in a team.

Basic computer skills, including familiarity with accounting software.

Friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented personality.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
