Overseeing and coordinating operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity,Managing inventory and supply chain processes,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures,Monitoring and reporting on operational performance,Assisting in the development and implementation of operational strategies,Providing support to the management team in achieving operational goals,Managing and maintaining operational documentation,Conducting regular operational audits and assessments

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or related roles,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
