Puskesmas Eko Restaurant is looking for a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and comfort during their stay. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our restaurant.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm and friendly welcome.,Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.,Handle guest inquiries and provide information about our restaurant and facilities.,Manage front desk operations, including reservations and cancellations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.,Assist with any additional tasks as needed to support the front desk team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using computer systems and software.,Familiarity with hotel or restaurant operations is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
