Space Mart Abadi is looking for a dedicated Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that our company receives the best quality products at the most competitive prices. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of quality products.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to secure the best deals for the company.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze procurement costs to identify areas for cost savings.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
