As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth for our security system products, including CCTV and Access Control solutions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.,Lead and motivate the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects in the security system industry.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and trends in the industry.,Manage the sales pipeline, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals.,Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure a strong understanding of our offerings and their benefits.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the security system industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong knowledge of CCTV and Access Control systems and their applications.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
