📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Provide expert consultancy and advice to clients to meet their business needs.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.,Monitor and report on sales performance and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales consultancy or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
