📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for laundry services,Collaborate with the engineering and customer support teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation,Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness,Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices,Assist in the creation of user manuals, guides, and other instructional materials,Provide technical writing support for marketing and sales materials,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail,Familiarity with laundry industry terminology and processes,Experience with documentation tools and software (e.g., MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar),Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and collaboration skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
