As a Junior Data Entry Staff, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of incoming and outgoing goods. You will work closely with our warehouse team to ensure that all data is entered correctly and efficiently using our in-house inventory management system, SAP. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Enter and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP
• Process and verify purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes
• Update stock levels and track inventory movements
• Generate and maintain reports on inventory status and movements
• Assist in data analysis to support warehouse operations
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure data accuracy
• Follow up on data entry errors and resolve discrepancies
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field
• Familiarity with SAP or other inventory management systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies
